End of Summer Thoughts

Well here we are entering the homestretch of this seemingly interminable political season. The sad thing is when the voting and hoopla are over, nothing much will change; history has proven that. Despite the power of the White House, what happens on the Hill is a largely uncontrolled morass of party infighting with the first order of business being the job preservation of our elected officials. Term limits would solve that problem and then maybe something might get accomplished. Back in the real world as we enjoy the blistering 91.7% employment rate (a touch of sarcasm); we are looking forward to a robust jewelry buying holiday season. Why not, what with a rebounding market and better than expected retail numbers the prospects for a banner season are promising. We will have a new product announcement very soon, so check back to hear about our unveiling.
As always,
James Breski.
